Landshut\/Munich, December 22, 2025:<\/em> HIGH VIEW<\/strong><\/a>, one of the leading providers in the TV and connected TV market for special interest channels, will acquire 100 percent of the shares in Goldvertise Media GmbH at the turn of the year. The aim of the acquisition is to strengthen and further expand Goldvertise in order to assume a clear leading role within the total video ecosystem.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following the acquisition, Goldvertise will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary. There will be no changes to day-to-day operations for existing customers, partners, or employees. Frank M\u00f6bius will remain Managing Director of Goldvertise Media GmbH and will continue to lead the company going forward.<\/p>\n
